1. Agreement to Terms

• Prices are subject to change without notice. Prices quoted on proposals are valid for 30 days.

• Prices are typically quoted in US Dollars (USD) or Indian Rupees (INR) on a FOB or CIF basis, as specified in the proforma invoice.

3. Orders and Payment Terms

• All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

• A proforma invoice will be issued upon order confirmation.

• Payment terms: Typically 50% advance payment and 50% before shipment. Payment methods include bank transfer or Letter of Credit (LC).

• Title and risk of loss for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

4. Force Majeure
We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, war, riots, embargoes, strikes, pandemics, agricultural failures, or acts of civil or military authorities.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chittoor, Andhra Pradesh, India.
