1. Return Policy (B2B Goods)
Due to the perishable and often custom nature of our agricultural products (spices, fresh vegetables, dairy, etc.), we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect ordering.
2. Defective or Damaged Goods
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive goods that are materially defective or damaged upon arrival, you may be eligible for a replacement or credit.
The buyer must notify us in writing via email within 7 days of delivery, providing clear photographic evidence of the defect or damage.
Upon validation of the claim, our liability will be limited to replacing the defective items in the next shipment or providing a proportional credit note for the affected goods.
3. Non-Delivery
If a shipment is lost in transit, we will initiate a trace with the shipping carrier. Once the loss is confirmed, we will either replace the goods at the earliest opportunity or issue a full refund for the lost items.
