2. Shipping Partners & Methods
We work with reputable international shipping lines (e.g., Maersk, MSC) and freight forwarders. The method (sea or air freight) will be determined based on the product and customer requirements, as stated in the proforma invoice.
3. Delivery Timelines
Estimated shipping times will be provided in your quote.
These timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to manufacturing, weather, port congestion, customs inspections, or other factors beyond our control.
Time is not of the essence for delivery.
4. Shipping Costs & Incoterms
Shipping costs and responsibilities (FOB, CIF, etc.) will be clearly outlined in the proforma invoice.
The buyer is responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs clearance charges at the destination country. These are not included in our prices unless explicitly stated.
5. Claims for Loss or Damage
The buyer must inspect the goods immediately upon arrival at the destination port.
Any claims for loss or damage must be notified to us and the shipping carrier in writing within 7 days of delivery, with clear photographic evidence.
We will assist in facilitating claims with the shipping carrier’s insurance.
